• A proven engaged and growing audience/community, whether on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Weibo or any locally relevant social platform. Please provide details of engagement and steps taken to drive engagement and growth. This may be a specific promotion/campaign or ongoing strategy.
• Compliance with brand social media standards
• Completion of the HWU Expion Training
• Active use of Expion
• Submitted property level content for Brand channels during the year
• All social channels registered with the brand team
• Social Media Champion identified
• Attended social media training classes throughout the year – provide information of classes attended
• Revinate response rates and sentiment – properties that are making the greatest efforts to reach out to Guests, understand their needs and resolve issues and have a high positive sentiment
